Nancy Azeez is a sought after, dynamic speaker who enjoys speaking about Customer Service, the Customer Experience, Mental Health battles, and its effect in the workplace and in society using her expertise, personal stories, Christian values, and humor that audiences are guaranteed to learn from, be inspired by, and have their lives and businesses changed.

Nancy is an award-winning Customer Experience Consultant and Certified Life Coach with over 12 years of entrepreneurial, leadership, and managerial experience working and learning under brands such as Starbucks, Omni Hotels and Resorts, Olive Garden, Intuit Turbo tax, Snap Finance, and more.

Nancy founded Red Onyx Consulting in 2018 to help businesses succeed through the training and implementation of the customer experience and service journey and increase revenue.

Nancy excels at teaching businessmen and women about the Customer Service and Experience Journey and speaking before female audiences on overcoming mental health issues due to past trauma that affects their daily lives.
